Share with Your Student: Finals Study Breaks

Check out the events below that are scheduled to help to relax and refuel during finals! All events will take place in the first-floor event space at Charles Library unless otherwise noted.

Destress with Dogs
Tuesday, December 10, 12:30 – 2:00 pm
Stop by to hang out with cuddly, sweet therapy dogs, engage with the Wellness Resource Center, and feel your stress melt away.

Mindfulness Break
Wednesday, December 11, 1:00 – 2:00 pm
Need a breather? Drop-in every 15 minutes for a guided relaxation break by the Wellness Resource Center.

Finals Café

Wednesday, December 11, 7:00 – 9:00 pm

Buffet-style food will be served, arcade games will be made available to play, and student organizations will be performing. Located in Howard Gittis Student Center 200.

Thursday, December 12, 8:30 – 10:00 am
Start your first day of exams with coffee and breakfast on us. While supplies last!

It’s the Loretta C. Duckworth Scholars Studio's weekly game day! Join us in the Scholars Studio on the third floor to learn and play board games.

Paint Party
Friday, December 13, 1:30 – 3:30 pm
You bring the creativity. We’ll bring the paint supplies.

Destress With Dogs
Monday, December 16, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Don’t miss this final chance to hang out with the best therapy dogs around. Resources and giveaways will be provided by the Wellness Resource Center.
