Congratulations on your student’s upcoming graduation from Temple!
We want you to know that Temple continues to offer career support to your student even after they’ve graduated. Maybe your student already has a job lined up, has committed to furthering their education or perhaps they are still seeking employment. Whether they need career support now or at some point in the future, we hope you’ll remind them that Temple has their back for their entire career. Here’s how we will continue to support your student:
Temple’s University Career Center offers a range of resources and programs your student can continue to access, including career coaching. For their first year after graduation, your graduate has unlimited access to career coaching appointments. Find more information on the Career Center's alumni services. Alumni also have full access to the Career Center’s 24/7 resources for on-demand help with resumes, interviewing skills, and career guidance.
Your student also has access to the Temple Professional Network: a suite of additional resources, programs, and events designed to provide support at every stage, for every career, and for all alumni. Be sure your student has signed up for the TPN e-newsletter and they can find all their TPN resources and alumni networking events at alumni.temple.edu/TPN.
Finally, we want to know what your student is up to after commencement, whether that is a job, continuing their education, volunteering, or still looking. Please have them complete the first destination survey to let us know their good news and so we can reach out to offer continued assistance. And if your student needs to change their address they can always update their information with the alumni office so that we can keep in touch with them about news and events, like career information.
