As you look ahead and plan for the next academic year, we hope your student will consider making the most of their Temple experience by choosing to live on campus next year.

Living on campus gives you easy access to all campus resources and opportunities for cultural, social and academic growth, as well as a strong support community.

Benefits of living on-campus include:

• clean facilities with in-house maintenance staff;
• access to professional and student support staff; and
• opportunities to create your own community.

Students can begin the housing application process for fall 2024 using MyHousing via the TUportal. The Fall 2024 Housing Selection Guide provides all the information they need to complete their application. And, students can learn more about Temple’s roommate matching options. 

Some additional information to know:

• Returning students will be offered space in 1300 apartments (4th and 5th floor), Temple Towers (entire building), and Morgan North (entire building). Interested in learning more about these spaces? Students can participate in the TOUR OUR BUILDING Program scheduled on Thursday, January 25 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Students can visit 1300, Temple Towers and Morgan North.
• The deadline for Specialty Housing including requests for Housing for Students with Disabilities, Living Learning Communities, Gender-Inclusive Housing, and full Groups in Temple Towers is Monday, January 29, 2024 by 9 a.m. 
  
• On Monday, February 12, 2024, the General Room Selection (GRS) Process will open for Returning Students who submit a housing deposit by February 1, 2024. Students will be given an appointment time to access the system based on the date and time the housing deposit is submitted. Students must book their assignment online available through MyHousing on the TUportal. Students must also submit a Housing Deposit in order to apply for Specialty Housing and/or select housing.
