Fall 2021 Housing Selection

Sean Killion, Associate Director of University Housing and Residential Life sent the following information was sent to current Temple students on Monday, December 14. 

As your student looks ahead and plans for the next academic year, we hope they will consider making the most of their Temple experience by choosing to live in on-campus housing.

By making this choice, they’ll have easy access to all campus resources and opportunities for cultural, social and academic growth, as well as a strong support community.

Benefits of living on-campus include:

  • convenient locations;
  • simple billing for campus services and amenities;
  • safe and secure buildings;
  • clean facilities with in-house maintenance staff;
  • access to professional and student staff; and
  • opportunities to create your own community.

Your student can begin the housing application process for fall 2021 using MyHousing via the TUportal. The Fall 2021 Housing Selection Guide provides all the information they need to complete your application. And, they can learn more about Temple’s roommate matching options. To secure their space, they must submit a $250 housing deposit as part of their application.

Please note: University offices will be closed for winter break from Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020 through Monday, Jan. 4, 2021.
